Refund policy

Every FinishCinemaBoy product is printed to order just for you. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size, color or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a refund. Email info@finishcinemaboy.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. You don't need to send the item back.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended time or your package never arrives, contact us and we'll help locate it or send a replacement.

Order changes and cancellations

Need to change or cancel? Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has gone into production, we can't change or cancel it.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process it.
